We will come to your house or location beforehand & provide you with a quote. All quotes are free and are provided in person to ensure accuracy. We do have a $100 minimum.

We clean most windows by using a traditional fanning technique with a mop and squeegee. This is truly the best way of cleaning windows, and is sure to provide a thorough streak-free clean that makes your windows sparkle. For 3-story windows, we use a water-fed pole system that purifies the water for a spotless finish.

Yes we clean the tracks! If we are cleaning the interior windows, we will ask you if you want a track cleaning too. We use a vacuum and brush to clean them. This process usually gets the bug graveyard and dirt out pretty well.

For interior cleanings, we ask that you kindly clear a path to the windows for us. This helps us do a better job cleaning the windows without any issues. Windows come in all heights and sometimes require a ladder in front of the windows to clean perfectly. If something is too heavy to move, let us know–we’d love to help out, but we are not body builders! If it’s too heavy or complicated to move, we may need to pursue a different path for cleaning the window or may have to skip it.

Yes!!!! We clean 3 types of screens: bug screens. sun screens, and awning screens. We always clean screens by hand to avoid damage. Power washers are never used to clean screens. Sometimes screens are old and using a power washer can compromise the screen material by damaging it or leaving “streaks” “tiger strips” “clean marks” in a Zig - Zag formation. If this has happened to you we can sometimes correct the issue

Bug screens are the screens that come factory with the window. We use proper tools to remove the screens without bending the frames. Screens are then hand washed with our amazing soapy washing process to clean the screens and leave them dirt free. Screens are then dried and reinstalled.

 Sun screens are removed from the window for cleaning. They are cleaned and scrubbed on both sides using a brush and a special soapy compound. We then rinse them off and place them to dry before reinstalling them. The soapy compound that is used is absolutely amazing! If the sun screen is not too old or worn, we can most likely restore their look and make them look brand new again without using any oil based products such as Magic Screen.
